"ENHANCED" PELLETIZED GYPSUM (CALCIUM SULFATE)
Solu-Cal S is a LawnPure fine-ground pelletized calcium sulfate (gypsum), combined with T.O.G., an organic acid. When applied to the soil, T.O.G. reacts with the insoluble calcium in gypsum making the calcium more readily available for plant uptake. It will increase soil porosity as it softens soil, and displaces sodium ions from the soil calloids.
The sulfur in Solu-Cal S, is in the sulfate form, immediately available for plant uptake.
Solu-Cal S with "Enhanced Pelletized Gypsium" addresses both the calcium and sulfur needs of the plant, as well as aiding soil aeration and water percolation. Solu- Cal S will leach out excessive amounts of sodium and magnesium.
